Refund Policy


Every KillFresh item is made to order. Once an order is placed, the item is produced specifically for that order.


Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, wrong color selected, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preference issues after delivery.


Please review all product photos, sizing information, color selections, and item details before placing your order.


Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@killfresh.com.


Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged.


Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused for replacement review unless the issue is clearly a production defect.


Cancellations


Because production may begin quickly after checkout, cancellations are not guaranteed.


If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled.


Wrong address


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to the wrong address because of customer entry error, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.


Lost or stolen packages


If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, check your delivery area, mailbox, front office, neighbors, or building staff first.


Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, KillFresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Reach out and we will do our best to help you figure out the next step.
