SHIPPING & RETURNS

Made to order. Made with intention.

Every KillFresh piece is produced after your order is placed.

That means we are not pulling your shirt from a warehouse shelf and throwing it in a bag. Your item is made specifically for you, printed after purchase, and shipped once production is complete.

This helps us avoid wasted inventory, keep drops intentional, and focus on quality over mass-produced throwaway clothing.

Shipping

Orders usually go through two stages:

Production: Your item is printed, checked, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping: Your order is handed off to the carrier and sent to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows may vary depending on the item, order volume, destination, holidays, carrier delays, and production timing.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days after processing, but delays can happen. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is shipped to the wrong address because of customer entry error, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

Please allow a little time for the tracking link to update after it is created. Sometimes carriers scan packages later in the shipping process, even after the label has already been generated.

Returns & exchanges

Because each KillFresh item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • wrong color selected
  • accidental orders
  • preference issues after delivery

Please review the product photos, sizing information, color selection, and item details before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused for replacement review unless the issue is clearly a production defect.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front office, neighbors, or building staff first.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, KillFresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, reach out and we will do our best to help you figure out the next step.

Canceled orders

Because production may begin quickly after checkout, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled.
